To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to ship our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.

No. Fresh Preserving Store uses a variety of carrier services to delivery packages, including UPS, DHL, and the US Postal Service. There is no way for customers to request a specific shipper. The choice of carrier is determined by the level of service selected (Super Saver, Standard, Express, and Next Day), destination (shipping address), and package weight. We will select the best carrier to keep our shipping charges as low as possible, while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once your order ships the ship date and track able delivery method will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
