Ball® Brand RealFruit™ Low or No-Sugar Needed Flex Batch Pectin is great for lower-calorie jam. It has been reformulated for improved flavor and performance. Be assured of a good set each time, as this formula provides more flexibility for sugar while maintaining a good gel.

This bulk bottle is for multiple uses. It replaces 3-4 boxes of pectin – a great value!

Scalable recipe – make from 1-10 jars of jam per batch, up to 22 half-pint jars per package 3 Tablespoons = 1 box of other pectin brands.

INGREDIENTS: DEXTROSE, FRUIT PECTIN, CITRIC ACID (ASSISTS GEL), CALCIUM ASCORBATE (RETAINS COLOR).

Need to include more fruit options.

Works well, but needs to include utensils usable with cooker. It is hard to get jelly into jars. Need to have measurements & recipes with more fruits.
