Ball® Brand RealFruit™ Low or No-Sugar Needed Flex Batch Pectin is great for lower-calorie jam. It has been reformulated for improved flavor and performance. Be assured of a good set each time, as this formula provides more flexibility for sugar while maintaining a good gel.
This bulk bottle is for multiple uses. It replaces 3-4 boxes of pectin – a great value!
Scalable recipe – make from 1-10 jars of jam per batch, up to 22 half-pint jars per package 3 Tablespoons = 1 box of other pectin brands.
INGREDIENTS: DEXTROSE, FRUIT PECTIN, CITRIC ACID (ASSISTS GEL), CALCIUM ASCORBATE (RETAINS COLOR).
I have used your product quite often. I does work better than other products I have tried for "no sugar added". I believe the price is a concern of mine for the amount of product you can make out of a jar. All said I guess I would rather have a product that I know that works even if I feel as though the price is high
I love using this pectin type because I like to make my jams and jellies with less sugar than called for in the recipe. I prefer to use a taste test to adjust the sugar and by using this pectin you know you will get a good set every time. I also change recipes quite a bit because I have access to a lot of different fruits.

My family and I picked 3 lugs of peaches. I used the Ball no sugar pectin receipe to make the best peach jam we had ever tasted! I gave my neighbors each a jar of the jam and everyone remarked how fresh it tasted.
I was looking for a way to make jam for my diabetic father without resorting to sugar substitutes which have aftertaste. The apricot jam I made using this pectin has very little sugar and is absolutely fabulous!
