When I started making jams last year I used the regular pectin . My jams were watery. After doing research on the Internet I read about the low/no sugar pectin. I switched to this and my jams are now setting up properly. Plus it only requires half the sugar which is better for my health ! I would recommend that everyone use this product!
love to make no sugar almost jam from fresh and frozen fruit. Used 3 cups pureed fresh strawberries got almost gel jam. Warm it up for a syrup,or spread it on thin for jam. Have made so many interesting combos of almost jam blueberry mango,pineapple orange,strawberry raspberry. Love the to use the no sugar pectin
