The Amount given is lacking
I do enjoy using the pectin...but the jars go QUICKLY if you have very much to can. This would be enough for a "hobby" canner who cans in 1/2 pints or a few pints at a time...if you have fruit trees and a garden...this gets expensive...my canner is full each time I use it,and I "can" over and over in order to finish putting up what is possible. A larger "economy" size would be great !!

Considering how much jam I make, I wish I had known about this earlier! It is so much easier than buying dozens and dozens of individual boxes!
Classic Pectin
A tried and true product that I've been using for years. Can't beat it for any reason.
Better than by the box
First it works. However the best part is the freedom to control just how much you want to use. With the box you would end up wasting some if you needed a little more or less. Jar mouth is also wide enough for a tablespoon.
